This was one of those lazy week-ends when the only thing you want to do is stay warm inside and do basically nothing. My main accomplishment though was making those pancakes. It was unbelievably delicious and made the perfect week end brunch I was dreaming of!
On top of being delicious it is totally healthy as it contains no refined sugar, no dairy, it is gluten-free and completely vegan 🙂
I fell in love with the Caesar Salad when I lived in Toronto; I tried different versions in various restaurants and pubs and each time it was a delight! When I moved back to France, I tried to add a little twist to the recipe by replacing the Parmesan with Mimolette cheese which I LOVE and add avocados to it. And the result is really nice!
