    The trouble is that this cake can be pretty fat and high in sugars, which always makes me feel quite heavy after 1 piece … so I made a vegan & sugar free version, full of goodness!

  • Lemon Blueberry Pancakes

    This was one of those lazy week-ends when the only thing you want to do is stay warm inside and do basically nothing. My main accomplishment though was making those pancakes. It was unbelievably delicious and made the perfect week end brunch I was dreaming of!

    On top of being delicious it is totally healthy as it contains no refined sugar, no dairy, it is gluten-free and completely vegan 🙂

    I fell in love with the Caesar Salad when I lived in Toronto; I tried different versions in various restaurants and pubs and each time it was a delight! When I moved back to France, I tried to add a little twist to the recipe by replacing the Parmesan with Mimolette cheese which I LOVE and add avocados to it. And the result is really nice!

This recipe has been one of my favorite lately as it is so easy to make when you are on the run but still caring about how healthy you eat.     When talking about fashion, being well dressed does not always make the person radiant or beautiful. I do believe that in order to be elegant and have pace you have to feel good in your body!

    Which is why I try to dedicate a good amount of my free time to train. And the truth is that it has been really good to me! I feel so much better in my everyday life, less stressed out, in a better mood, and much more confident with myself! I feel so proud and energized everytime I walk out of the gym classes as if I had just done something awesome 😀

    So yes, I have to admit that when it’s miserable outside especially at this time of the year, I just feel like going back home to my sofa and watch the last episode of Girls eating chocolate. But that’s when you really have to get all your energy and think positive because that’s the hardest part. Once you’ve put your trainers on the job is almost done! Exercising enough to sweat a bit will change your energy for the entire day and will make you feel great.
    So let’s gather all the motivation and energy we can find and let’s get moving!
