When talking about fashion, being well dressed does not always make the person radiant or beautiful. I do believe that in order to be elegant and have pace you have to feel good in your body!
Which is why I try to dedicate a good amount of my free time to train. And the truth is that it has been really good to me! I feel so much better in my everyday life, less stressed out, in a better mood, and much more confident with myself! I feel so proud and energized everytime I walk out of the gym classes as if I had just done something awesome 😀
So yes, I have to admit that when it’s miserable outside especially at this time of the year, I just feel like going back home to my sofa and watch the last episode of Girls eating chocolate. But that’s when you really have to get all your energy and think positive because that’s the hardest part. Once you’ve put your trainers on the job is almost done! Exercising enough to sweat a bit will change your energy for the entire day and will make you feel great.
So let’s gather all the motivation and energy we can find and let’s get moving!
